Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026

This is a small advisory practice. The site collects very little personal data, and only when you choose to send it. This policy explains what is collected, why, who processes it, how long it is kept, and the rights you have over it. It is written to reflect the GDPR and the CCPA, and it applies to everyone regardless of where you live.

The practice is the party responsible for the data described here. Questions can go to hello@datasphereconsult.com.

What the contact form collects

If you use the contact form, it collects your name, email address, company, and the message you write. The only reason it is collected is to read your inquiry and reply to it. It is not used for marketing, and it is not added to any mailing list.

Server logs and IP address

When you submit the contact form, your IP address is read briefly so the form can apply basic rate limiting and guard against abuse. This is transient. The address is not stored in a durable record, is not used to profile you, and is not combined with other data.

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Analytics and nothing else. It reports aggregate traffic in a privacy-friendly way. It sets no cookies, does no cross-site tracking, and records no sessions. There is no Google Analytics, and there are no advertising pixels of any kind.

Booking a call

If you book a call through the embedded scheduler, that booking is handled by Cal.com. The details you enter to schedule the call are processed by Cal.com under its own terms and privacy policy, which you can read on the Cal.com privacy policy.

Email delivery

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered by Resend, an email service provider, to the practice’s inbox. Resend handles the message in transit so the inquiry can arrive and be answered.

Where data is stored and who processes it

A short list of service providers act as processors on the practice’s behalf:

  • Vercel — hosting for the site and its serverless functions.
  • Resend — delivery of contact form messages by email.
  • Cal.com — scheduling, when you choose to book a call.

Each provider processes data only to perform its function and is bound by its own agreements and privacy terms.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, the practice relies on legitimate interest to read and respond to an inquiry you send, since you have asked to be in contact. Where you provide information to book a call, that rests on your consent. You can withdraw contact at any time by asking the practice to delete your data.

Your rights

If the GDPR applies to you, you have the right to access your data, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy in a portable form, and to object to a particular use. You can exercise any of these by email, and the practice will respond within the time the law allows.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information is held, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale. There is nothing to opt out of here: personal information is not sold, and it is not shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long data is kept

Inquiry emails are kept only as long as they are useful to the conversation and any follow-up that comes from it. As a default, messages are deleted after 24 months. You are welcome to ask for earlier deletion, and that request will be honored.

Requesting access or deletion

To see a copy of your data or to have it deleted, email hello@datasphereconsult.com. A short note is enough; no special form is needed.

International visitors and children

The service providers named above may process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens, they rely on their own safeguards for cross-border transfers. This site is not directed to children under 16, and it does not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy
